• You can request unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with your order.
• If you remain unsatisfied even after revisions, you may request a refund. However, the refund will not be a full refund and will depend on certain conditions:

  • 50% Refund: If you are not satisfied with your caricature, logo, or design, you can request a refund, and we will refund up to 50% of the total amount. We will retain 50% as compensation for the time and effort invested in your project.
  • 100% Refund (Optional): While we typically retain 50% of the order amount for our time and work, we understand and respect our clients’ satisfaction. If you still want a 100% refund after receiving your order, we will grant it. Our goal is to provide honest service, as we are passionate about our work and committed to customer satisfaction.
