We customize caricature orientation based on the number of people in your project. Single subjects are drawn vertically, while for group caricatures (3 or more persons), we opt for a horizontal view. This ensures a visually appealing and personalized touch to each project.

Caricatures Drawing Process

  1. How does the caricature drawing process work?
    Our caricature drawing process begins within 2 hours after your submitting clear photos and specific preferences. We start drawing your unique caricature based on your instructions.
  2. What software do you use to draw caricatures?
    We primarily use Adobe Photoshop for the creation of caricatures. However, for special requests, we also draw caricatures in Adobe Illustrator, providing vector output files upon client demand. This flexibility allows us to cater to diverse preferences and deliver high-quality caricatures in both raster and vector formats.

Printing Services

  • Do you provide caricature prints on products like shirts, mugs or canvas?
    We currently offer digital caricature services, and we do not provide printing services. After completing your order, you will receive your caricature digitally via email. Rest assured, the digital files you receive will be high-resolution (300 dpi), allowing you the flexibility to print them yourself for any personal printing purposes you may have.

Accepted Photos Guidelines

  • What type of photos you accept for drawing caricatures & logos, are there any specifications for providing photos?
    Clear and well-lit photos work best. Ensure the subject’s face is visible with distinct features. High-resolution images with good contrast provide our artists with the details needed to create a fantastic caricature.

  1. How many revisions are included with my caricature order?
    We provide unlimited revisions. You can review the initial digital delivery and request changes to ensure your complete 100% satisfaction
  2. How long does it take to receive revised versions of the caricature?
    The turnaround time for revisions depends on the complexity of the changes requested. Typically, you can expect revised versions within 24-48 hours.
  3. What if I need revisions after I’ve already approved the caricature?
    Once you’ve approved the caricature, you can still request revisions. However, please note that the revisions will be made to the same caricature rather than creating a new one. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we’ll work diligently to address any specific changes or adjustments you may require in the approved version.
  4. Is there a deadline for requesting revisions?
    You have a 30-day window to request revisions for your caricature. Within this period, revisions are complimentary, and we’ll gladly update or modify the caricature based on your feedback. After the initial 30 days, any additional revisions will be subject to a nominal fee. Should you have any concerns or require further assistance, feel free to contact us at any time. We’re here to help!

  1. What does the 100% satisfaction guarantee mean for my caricature order?
    Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that you are fully pleased with the final result of your caricature. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to address any concerns or provide revisions until you are happy with the outcome.
  2. What happens if I’m not satisfied with my caricature, even after the revisions?
    If, after revisions, you find yourself unsatisfied with the caricature, we want to ensure your complete happiness. Please provide detailed feedback outlining your concerns. We are committed to making additional revisions until we achieve a caricature that aligns with your expectations. If, despite our efforts, you’re still dissatisfied, we offer to create a new caricature for the same person, adhering to the same specifications. Our aim is to guarantee your contentment with the final result.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policies

  1. Can I get refund for my digital caricature?
    Refunds for digital caricatures are generally not offered once the caricature has been delivered. However, if you have second thoughts, you may request a refund within
    2-hours of placing your order, provided the project has not yet entered the drawing stage. Once your project is in progress with our artists, refunds may not be possible. In special cases where there are valid concerns, we are open to discussing options for a 10%-100% refund. Feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you accordingly.
  2. What if I’m not satisfied with my digital caricature? Can I request an exchange or a new caricature?
    Absolutely! We encourage you to share your preferences and request revisions to ensure your digital caricature meets your expectations. Our commitment is to work closely with you until you are satisfied with the final result. In the rare instance that you remain dissatisfied even after revisions, we offer the option to create a new caricature for the same person, maintaining the original specifications and style. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to accommodate your preferences.

Order Cancellation

  1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. This option is available as long as your project has not entered the drawing stage.
  2. What if I accidentally placed the wrong order or selected the wrong specifications?
    If you accidentally placed the wrong order, please contact us immediately as within 2 hours we start drawing your caricature/logo. We’ll assess the situation and, if possible, assist you in making the necessary adjustments.
  3. Why is my order cancelled?
    – Your order may be canceled if the photos provided for caricature drawing do not meet our guidelines. Learn more about our photo guidelines here to prevent any issues with your caricature order.

    – If your payment fails for any reason, unfortunately, we’ll have to cancel your order. This could be due to insufficient funds, payment method issues, or other payment processing issues. To proceed with your order, please ensure that your payment details are accurate and that there are sufficient funds available.
